Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 2026 · Digital Assets Technologies (DAT) AG
1. Scope of Services
NautPay is a non-custodial payment interface operated by Digital Assets Technologies (DAT) AG ("we", "us", "the Company"). NautPay enables users to send stablecoin payments (USDC), swap tokens via third-party DEX aggregators (Jupiter), and manage treasury policies — all on the Solana blockchain. NautPay does not hold, custody, or control user funds at any time.
2. Eligibility
By accessing NautPay, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency services is prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws and regulations.
3. Wallet Connection & Self-Custody
NautPay connects to your self-custodial Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare, Backpack). You retain full control of your private keys and funds at all times. We never request, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases. All transactions require explicit wallet-level confirmation from you.
4. Compliance & Sanctions Screening
All outbound transactions are screened against global sanctions lists (OFAC, EU, UN) through NautLense, our compliance engine. Transactions flagged by the screening process may be blocked or delayed. You agree not to use NautPay to transact with sanctioned addresses or for any illegal purpose.
5. Token Swaps
Token swaps are executed through Jupiter DEX aggregation. Swap prices, routes, and slippage are determined by third-party liquidity pools and are outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular exchange rate. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency prices are volatile and swaps are final once confirmed on-chain.
6. Treasury Policies
Treasury features including spending limits, approval workflows, and risk policies are configurable by the user. These policies are enforced at the application level and serve as an additional layer of control. They do not replace on-chain security measures or wallet-level permissions.
7. Limitation of Liability
NautPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Assets Technologies (DAT) AG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of NautPay, including but not limited to loss of funds, failed transactions, or blockchain network issues.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Digital Assets Technologies (DAT) AG is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
